Dutch Licorice is a caffeine-free rooibos that gives the drinker memories of Amsterdam as aniseed imparts a sweet candy-like pungency on the tangy licorice flavor. It has a medium scent that reminds us of freshly made black licorice.

Brewing Instructions

In order to brew a cup of rooibos tea, you’ll want to use hot water, not boiling as boiling water will cause the tea to become bitter and ruin the delicate notes. Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves for about 8 ounces of water for 3 to 7 minutes.
